The 4th Round Mutual Evaluation Report of The Commonwealth of Dominica

"The CFATF Plenary held in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago in May 2023 adopted the Mutual Evaluation Report of the Commonwealth of Dominica. This evaluation summarises the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) measures in place in Dominica as of the date of the on-site visit conducted from 15 to 26 August 2022. The report analyses the level of compliance with the FATF 40 Recommendations, and the level of effectiveness of Dominica’s AML/CFT system and provides recommendations on how the system could be strengthened."
