Fourth Round Mutual Evaluation Report of Aruba

The CFATF Plenary held virtually in June 2022 adopted the Mutual Evaluation Report of Aruba. This evaluation summarises the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT)/ Counter-Proliferation Financing (CPF) measures in place in Aruba as at the date of the on-site visit from August 30, 2021 to September 10, 2021. The report analyses the level of compliance with the FATF 40 Recommendations, the level of effectiveness of Aruba’s AML/CFT system and provides recommendations on how the system could be strengthened.
