The CFATF Plenary, held in Negril, Jamaica in December 2024, adopted the Mutual Evaluation Report of Montserrat. This evaluation summarises the Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorist Financing)/ Counter-Proliferation Financing (AML/CFT/CPF) measures in place in Montserrat as at the date of the on-site visit from April 8th – 19th, 2024. The report analyses the level of compliance with the FATF 40 Recommendations, the level of effectiveness of Montserrat’s AML/CFT system and provides recommendations on how the system could be strengthened.
